    We work with two sizes:

    EU: 36-40 and 41-45

    US: 5.5-8 and 8.5-11

    UK: 3-7 and 7.5-10

    We recommend washing with cold water to preserve colors, wash with similar colors, do not add bleach and avoid tumble drying if possible.

    Payments are accepted with VISA, MasterCard and Maestro-card. Payments are also accepted through Paypal. Your payment is 100% protected by security encryption.

    If you reside outside the European Union (U) country or the Canary Islands, you will be responsible for customs duties applied in your country. We cannot predict what these might be, therefore it is advisable that you contact your local customs authority for additional information. These charges must be paid to the local carrier. All international shipments may be subject to taxes and duties. These rates are set by your government and are separate from shipping rates.

    In the event that the courier company attempts to deliver the package when you are not at home, a card will be left with information on how to arrange a new delivery or collection. We remind you to contact your local post office to check if they have your package available.

    Approximate National (Spain and Portugal) Delivery:
    Peninsula: 2-5 days

    Approximate Europe Delivery:
    Europe: 3-5 days

    Rest of world: 10-15 days

    Shipment delivery time may be affected by stock availability and other external factors, such as national holidays, strikes, among others.

    Orders placed before 14:00PM (GMT + 2h) will be processed the same day, orders after that will be processed the next day.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Before proceeding with the return of any defective product, we request that you send an email to our customer service team, attaching images and relevant information. This way, we will be able to address your request in a timely manner.
