We deliver the products in stock within 2 to 5 business days by MRW, CORREOS and GLS from Spain and Porutgal to the address you indicate.

Shipments outside the Peninsular Territory (Spain and Portugal) and within Europe, delivery, provided the product is available, may take approx. 3-5 working days and outside Europe 10 -14 days.

When shipping to foreign non-European countries, delivery time depends on the type of shipment and the country of the recipient.

All delivery times or delivery times are not binding, they are based on an agreement.

The above information on possible delivery dates or delivery times is not binding, unless expressly agreed between the consumer and us.

In the case of an expressly agreed delivery date, if there is a delay in the delivery of the order, you must allow us an extension of up to 2 weeks. If we are unable to deliver within the stated time frame, you have the right to terminate the sales agreement.

In the event that an item is not available for delivery within the stated timeframe, we will inform you as soon as possible of the delivery date, or alternatively that delivery cannot occur.

Any customs or import charges that occur are the responsibility of the recipient/customer, these will be collected at the point of delivery by the tax authority.

Tax and customs payments are required to receive your order.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as all costs will vary depending on the destination selected.

Refusing to pay duties also means refusing the right of refund.

The package will be destroyed by the tax authority and Munt will be responsible for the cost of destruction.

You may return any items received without providing a reason within 14 days by returning the products .

The return period begins with the receipt of this instruction for the right of return, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring delivery of the same item, not before receipt of the first partial delivery ) and not before fulfilling our duty of information.

If the item is damaged or defective, the customer has every right to return the item and receive a new one free of charge.

The customer is refunded using the same payment method used at checkout once the product has been received.

The following products are excluded from the right of return:

1. Socks that are not sealed.

2. Socks used.

In the event of effective return, the return of the services received reciprocally will be guaranteed and, where appropriate, the use made by the beneficiary will be released (for example, functional advantages). In case of deterioration of the item, compensation for the value may be required.

This does not apply if the deterioration of the item only occurred during use. You can avoid value offset by not using the item as owner and leaving out anything that might affect its value. The duty of restitution will be fulfilled within 14 days.

The period begins for the buyer after the item is returned or the return request is sent, and for Munt after receipt of said item.
